Full PLC Support for Roll-Former
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need end-to-end electrical and automation support for a Cold Roll-forming line that runs on Delta PLC hardware. The scope covers:
• PLC program development on the Delta platform, including HMI screens and all necessary parameter tuning for speed control, cut-to-length accuracy, and safety interlocks.
• Complete electrical documentation—clean, panel-ready wiring drawings and schematics in CAD, plus a consolidated bill of materials with part numbers that can be ordered immediately.
• Guidance through bench and on-machine testing until the line is producing parts within tolerance; this includes remote troubleshooting, adjusting the logic if required, and sign-off that all safety and production sequences operate as intended.
I will provide the mechanical sequence charts and any existing electrical data we already have. Deliverables should arrive in an editable format (original CAD files and unlocked Delta PLC project) along with a final PDF set.
Acceptance criteria:
1. Program compiles without errors on the current Delta software release.
2. Wiring drawings match the physical layout and I/O list.
3. Machine passes functional test at full production speed for 8 hours, with documented results.
