I got a small project from school to measure water every 10 minutes every 1 hour and total, how much liter it used in 10 minutes in 1 hour and whole. and it should rest every 10 minutes when it measured. same in 1 hour and rest the whole total when push Butten.

I don't really know how to convert 100pulser/cubic in liter and how to count it the PLC they want me to use is S1200 1212C FW4.0 DC/DC/RLY50
