Diagnose Siemens-Omron Axis Issue
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
My tmachine runs on a Siemens PLC and Omron servo drives. During the homing routine the X-axis servo no longer responds, even though the other axes behave normally. It used to move without any problem and I have not touched either the hardware or the software since the last successful run.
I’m looking for someone who can jump on a quick remote session, go through the PLC program, the axis parameters and any relevant alarms, and pinpoint why the motor doesnt move. I also can share electrical diagram.
I’ll provide the program files, drive parameter screenshots and live video of the machine so you can confirm the fix. Once the motor homes reliably, the job is done.
