I am seeking a Industrial Automation Engineer to design and program a control system for an existing manual water treatment plant. The project involves automating a 5-tank system (1000L and 500L tanks) currently used for ozonation and UV treatment . The goal is to transition from manual switching to a fully automated, sensor-driven batch process .Technical RequirementsHardware: Design based on Delta DVP-14SS211R PLC with 24V DC logic .Sensors: Integration of 3x SS316 Float Level Sensors and 1x Online Dissolved Ozone PPM Meter .Motor Control: Programming logic for 3x SS316 Jet Pumps (0.75HP & 1.0HP) via MPCBs and 24V DC Contactors .Safety Logic: Emergency Stop integration .
Deliverables.
Solution for Ozonation ,Tank ,Pump Set-up,P&i diagram.
Required PLC Program: Fully commented ladder logic or structured text file.Wiring Diagram: A professional electrical schematic (PDF/DWG) for the control panel .HMI/Dashboard (Optional): Basic interface design for process monitoring.Testing Protocol: A step-by-step commissioning guide.
