**Looking for an Industrial Automation Expert (DVP-14SS2 PLC & Baykon BX11 via RS-485 Communication)**
I am looking for an experienced industrial automation engineer to help me integrate a Baykon BX11 CC Weighing Indicator with a Delta DVP-14SS2 PLC via RS-485 serial communication**.
**Project Requirements:**
* Establish communication between the Baykon BX11 CC weighing indicator and the Delta PLC.
* Read the real-time weight value from the indicator and make it available inside the PLC program.
* Configure the correct communication parameters (baud rate, parity, slave ID, etc.).
* Identify and implement the required communication protocol (Modbus RTU or the device's proprietary protocol, depending on the indicator specifications).
* Assist with PLC programming (Delta ISPSoft) and communication instructions if needed.
* Help with testing and troubleshooting until stable communication is achieved.
**Requirements for the Freelancer:**
* Proven experience with Delta PLCs, especially the DVP series.
* Strong knowledge of RS-485** and Modbus RTU communication.
* Previous experience integrating weighing indicators / load cell controllers with PLCs is highly preferred.
* Ability to provide remote support and explain the required PLC logic if necessary.
