DELEM-51 PLC Automation Program

The EHP450 press machine on my shop floor runs a DELEM-51 controller, but it still relies on manual steps that slow production. I need a complete PLC program, built from scratch, that fully automates three key stages: loading and unloading materials, the actual pressing sequence, and in-line quality checks. No previous code or system documentation exists, so the job starts at a clean slate.
You’ll be working directly on the DELEM platform, defining every I/O, logic rung, and safety interlock required for smooth, repeatable cycles. Sensors for part presence and quality confirmation must drive the sequence, while actuators and conveyors handle the mechanical moves without operator intervention.
Deliverables
• Compiled DELEM-51 program file ready to load
• Annotated source code with clear comments for future maintenance
• I/O map and wiring diagram that matches the EHP450 hardware
• Step-by-step loading guide and test protocol to prove all three automated stages run fault-free
Acceptance is straightforward: when the press completes a full cycle—material in, part pressed, quality verified, part out—five consecutive times without alarms, the project is done. Remote commissioning support through video or secure link is fine; on-site tweaks can be discussed if needed.
