Crimson 3.1 Connection Module Fix

I'm looking for an expert with exceptional problem-solving capability and familiar with Crimson 3.1 programming for a small remote support job
The involvement of the job will include:
Remote support for addressing the communication issue I'm having with the Adam 4069 module. It can be detected through the advantech I/O utility but is failing to go online in Crimson 3.1.
Note all other modules go online except 6 4069 modules using modbus rtu.
An ideal freelancer:
- Should have extensive experience in troubleshooting the connection issues in Crimson 3.1 and possibly have experience with Adam 4000 series. Not essential though.
