Can & PET Line Troubleshooter

I need an experienced Field Services Engineer who can visit our Can and PET beverage line, diagnose the root cause of our recurring problems, and restore full, reliable operation in Malaysia.
Scope of work
• Troubleshoot and repair the filling, labeling, and packaging machines that are currently suffering from frequent breakdowns, inconsistent performance, and occasional software errors.
• Perform preventative maintenance once repairs are complete, ensuring each machine is calibrated, lubricated, and running within manufacturer specifications.
• Document every intervention and provide a concise report that details the fault found, corrective action taken, parts replaced, and recommendations for future upkeep.
• Brief my in-house operators on the fixes applied and walk them through a simple daily/weekly checklist to keep downtime to a minimum.
Success will be measured by the line achieving stable throughput for a full production shift without alarms or unplanned stops.
If you have hands-on experience with beverage filling technology, PLC diagnostics, and mechanical/electrical maintenance, I’m ready to schedule your first on-site visit.
