UL 508A / CSA C22.2 Certified Control Panel Design & Fabrication for Export (Canada)

We are a climate-tech company based in Coimbatore, India, seeking an experienced Electrical Control Panel Engineer or UL/CSA-certified Fabricator to design and build a compliant industrial control panel for export to Canada.
The panel must meet UL 508A (USA) and CSA C22.2 No. 286 (Canada) standards. The system will power and control our environmental air-purification unit integrated with IoT/PLC components.
Scope of Work:
Design, fabricate, and document a complete industrial control panel using UL/CSA-certified components.
Include a Main Power Cord (SOOW or SJTO type) and a UL-listed Circuit Breaker (Type C or D curve) for primary overcurrent protection.
Integrate a DIN-rail mounted SMPS (24VDC output) to power either a PLC (Allen-Bradley/Siemens) or a custom PCB-based controller.
Provide a Relay Logic Bank for load switching and NEMA 5-15R/20R sockets for auxiliary output.
Follow NEC/CEC color-coding for wiring: Black/Red for AC, Blue for DC, Green for Ground.
Use a NEMA 4/12 or IP65-rated enclosure suitable for industrial and outdoor environments.
Deliver complete schematics, component list, and compliance documentation.
Deliverables:
Design drawings (AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN / equivalent)
Bill of Materials (with certification details)
Fabricated and tested panel ready for shipment
Compliance documentation for UL 508A / CSA C22.2 standards
Requirements:
Proven experience with UL 508A or CSA C22.2 certified panel design and fabrication
Strong understanding of NEC and CEC wiring standards
Ability to source and use UL/CSA-listed components
Preference for candidates who can handle both design and fabrication
Location: Remote work accepted, but fabricators in India or Canada preferred.
