AutoCAD drawings changes

I have adrawing in PDF format that now needs to live as a fully editable AutoCAD (.dwg) file. I need to make changes in the drawing.

Deliverables
– AutoCad drawing
– A matching PDF

I will supply the original PDF and a markup indicating where changes need to be done.
