Advanced HVAC PLC Programmer Needed

We are developing an advanced home automation system focused on intelligent HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) control. We are looking for an experienced PLC programmer to support the development and implementation of zone-based heating and cooling systems.

Scope of Work:
• Design and develop PLC-based control logic for HVAC systems
• Implement zone control strategies (multi-zone heating & cooling)
• Integrate PLC with sensors, actuators, and automation systems
• Assist in system architecture and optimization
• Troubleshoot and refine control performance

Requirements:
• Strong experience in PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider or similar)
• Hands-on experience with real-world PLC systems
• Understanding of HVAC control logic and automation systems
• Knowledge of embedded systems is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Engagement Options:
We are open to two types of collaboration:
1. Project-Based Engagement – End-to-end development support
2. Consultancy – Hourly or milestone-based expert guidance

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in building automation or smart home systems
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, etc.)
