siemens plc programming

I am looking for an experienced engineer to do some programming for a Siemens S7-1200 PLC. I need the programming to be done from scratch and require a moderate complexity level. This project requires someone with experience working with Siemens PLCs, especially the S7-1200 series. A strong understanding of PLC programming in general is also important, as is a solid grasp of Industrial Automation and other related skills.
