plcnext Solar PV System

I am looking for assistance with designing and implementing a SCADA network for a medium-scale solar PV system in the City of Cape Town. The desired functionality of the network is for real-time monitoring and control. It is also important that data be logged and analyzed, and faults be quickly detected and diagnosed. In order to ensure reliable and secure communication, the network must be using a wired medium. The PLC is a Phoenix Contact PLCNext controller, the meters are Acrel meters.
