I need a PLC programmer for Schnider M221 to make some minor adjustments

We have a hot plate welding machine which was commissioned approx 3 years ago. The manufacturer has gone into administration. We need some changes to the program to allow access to a timer which is currently embedded into the plc software and is not accessible through the HMI or even a digital timer
