o Overall
 Improve visibility and control for Operator on Job
 Program PLC with Heat Treatment Ramp PID
 Link HMI/PanelPC to PLC
 View/Control Jobs from HMI/PanelPC
 View/Control Jobs from Website/Phone App
o Specifics
 Replace current controllers and Recorder with PLC/HMI or Panel PC
 Allow operator to setup Jobs
 Allow operator to program up to 6-18 jobs on each PLC/HMI or Panel PC on-site
 Allow operator to chart ramp of each Job.
 Allow operator to combine and choose which channels are in Job.
 Allow operator to Pause job
 Allow operator to Force Ramp down
 Allow operator to chart each job separately.
 Allow operator to view Jobs from Website/Phone App
 Allow operator to control Jobs from Website/Phone App
 Allow operator to combine Jobs from multiple PLC/HMI/Panel PC into one job
 Allow Clients to view Job Status (Chart)
