TwinCAT Programmer Needed for Machine Automation -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced TwinCAT programmer to assist with the automation of a manufacturing machine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming and TwinCAT software. You will be responsible for programming a machine and setting up a Beckhoff iO, an EtherCAT stepper drive, and display for the automation of this custom machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a control system using TwinCAT
- Program the machine for steel forming tasks
- Setup and calibrate the necessary hardware
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting
- Maintain thorough documentation of the entire process
The automation system should perform steel forming tasks, and will interact with a variety of inputs and outputs, including sensors, motors, and actuators.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with PLC programming
- Proficient in using TwinCAT software
- Familiar with Beckhoff iO and EtherCAT hardware
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
