We have S7-1518 PLC pair for CPU redundancy, safety system with HART AI, AO.
This is a process control system with Safety SD, not discrete manufacturing control.
The I/O redundancy logic needs to be developed by you. More details and other related work will be shared later with shortlisted persons.
Also list any other features you can help provide - this will be an asset. TIA v17 is to be used and you must have at least 4 years of TIA hands on experience. No HMI work is needed. All work will be owned by us and a user manual, supporting docs, tech transfer training will need to be provided to us about your work.
Once scope is fully understood, a best deal fixed price will need to be bid by you and awarded. The hourly rates are just placeholders.
