SCADA based HVAC Automation System for Arena

This project is in the very early stages of development. We are looking for insight as to availability of designers and approximate cost. This is a Municipal project and will need to go through proper municipal bid processes when and if we are able to move forward.

I'm looking for a professional to design an advanced HVAC automation system for an arena, using SCADA model. The automation system should be capable of controlling temperature, humidity and monitoring air quality and be simple for the end user to operate.

Key Requirements:
- Design of a HVAC automation system with energy optimization.
- Proficient in temperature control, humidity control and air quality monitoring.
- Experience in working with HVAC systems in large commercial buildings, specifically arenas, would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of energy efficient technologies and strategies to be integrated into the system.

System consists of;
-30 air handlers
-9 VAV units
-15 mini-split units
-30 exhaust fans
-6 fan smoke ejection system
-McQuay centrifugal chiller
-Cooling tower
-5 pumps varying in HP (7-125)
-4 Bryant low pressure boilers with Reillo burners
-Johnson Controls FECs and Jaces (BacNET / Mobus platform)
