Rockwell HMI PVC file migration

We have an old PVC extension file from we believe a Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Panelview. This may be a panelbuilder32 file (we are not sure). We need this converted to a RSView or FT view or some other editor we can use to view the contents, so we can convert to another HMI. The file will be provided to shortlisted persons.
