Project: Ignition Dashboards & Templates (Vibration + ML + Level/Temperature) – Local MySQL + Web/Mobile Responsive

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Ignition 8.1+ (Perspective) developer to create configurable UDT-based templates and responsive dashboards (web + mobile) for:
Motor vibration monitoring – including all vibration values, calculations, reports, and a Machine Learning (ML) module to predict days to failure.
Process variables monitoring – such as level, temperature, and others, with reports, history, and alarm management.
All data must be stored in a local MySQL database (on-prem) — no cloud usage.
Data will be received through MQTT, and the templates must be easily reusable and scalable for different plants or assets.
The system must run both on desktop and mobile browsers (fully responsive) using Ignition Perspective.
Technical Scope
Motor Vibration Module
UDTs for Motor and Vibration Points (RMS, Velocity, Acceleration, Displacement, Peak, Crest Factor, Kurtosis, bearing temperature, etc.).
Automatic calculations and classification according to ISO 10816 / 20816 (editable threshold tables).
Responsive Dashboards:
Overview: health summary for all motors, active alarms, top issues, and key KPIs.
Detailed View: real-time values, historical trends, baseline comparison, reports.
Machine Learning Integration (local):
Trains with historical data stored in MySQL.
Predicts “Days to Failure” and confidence score.
Displays results on dashboards and stores them in MySQL (ml_predictions table).
Alarm Configuration: warning/critical thresholds with suppression options.
Reports: automatic PDF/Excel generation (daily/weekly/monthly).
Process Variables Module (Level / Temperature / Others)
Generic UDTs (LevelSensor, TemperatureSensor, AnalogInputGeneric).
Adaptable MQTT mapping for multiple device topic structures.
Responsive dashboards:
Real-time and historical views.
Alarm states and history.
Reports and performance analytics (e.g., uptime, range compliance).
Local MySQL Database
Ignition ↔ MySQL fully integrated for Tag History, Alarms, and ML data.
Suggested schema:
motors, vibration_data, process_data, alarms, ml_predictions, baselines.
Indexed for performance (asset_id, timestamp).
Retention policy configurable (e.g., 180/365 days).
Includes backup/restore scripts (mysqldump).
Stored in UTC, displayed in local timezone (America/Tegucigalpa).
Web & Mobile Responsive UI
Designed using Ignition Perspective (responsive design).
Accessible from any browser (desktop, tablet, or phone).
Clean industrial-style interface (optional dark/light mode).
User roles: Admin, Maintenance, Operator, Viewer (each with permissions).
