CP1H-XA40DR-A Process Monitoring Program
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for an expert programmer who can develop a monitoring program for an Omron CP1H-XA40DR-A and have a deep understanding of industrial automation protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement a program for Omron CP1H-XA40DR-A focused on process monitoring.
- Develop trackers for specific data points related to level and flow.
- Create parameters to observe the liquid level and flow rate.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in Omron PLC programming.
- Experience in process monitoring.
- Knowledge in handling level and flow data.
- Understanding of automation control and data logging.
Support is required to
Configure 2x 4-20mA AI inputs and scale inputs to tank content in litres.
Configure 1 x 4-20mA AI input and scale to 0 to 100ltr flow
Configure 1x 4-20mA AO to drive I to P converter to control valve
Configure digital out 24V to solenoid valve driving a trip valve
Digital output to alarm annunciator.
Create display showing two horizontal cyl. vessels with level indications. One rectangular vessel. Section of piping between one tank and rectangular vessel showing flowmeter, and flow control valve and trip valve. PID to show control plate showing flow setpoint and PV, output to control valve and auto -manual selection.
Create x-y graph showing tank levels and flow.
Advise on how to connect PLC to site office either through ethernet cable or using wifi. with objective of providing operating data to office.
Advise on possibility of password protected access to above operating parameters using android.
The PLC will be used to provide level indication flow control as an overlay on existing plant control system.
The plant a Renzmann M400 full vacuum still distills white spirits at a rate of between 25 and 75 ltrs/hr.
The plant is in a class 1 zone 1 hazardous area with control system outside the zone.
