PLC that controls home pool system

I have a home that the previous seller set up with PLC to control the sprinklers, pool fill, pool heater, and pool fill. It is controlled by Direct Logic 06 Koyo. It had been working fine as it was being run by a server in Canada. The previous owner cancelled that service and now the system does not work on its own.

Wanting to see if we can have it run locally on its own without needing the server?
