PLC ladder step7- MICROWIN

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to program a new PLC system using PLC ladder step7-MICROWIN.
I have Unimat PLC 124-DD23 , I have attached to it load cell thru 4-20 mA transiver and got readings . zero is arround 5200 and max is 32000. (reading i got from AIW0)
now i need logic to make dossing machine ( so to stop coil on per example 100 kg )
need tare,zero,calibration etc....
program must be done by step7-microwin v4.09
