We want to control the poisition of a mass (of 5 ton) which is connected to a hydraulic piston.
Mass is making a linear move over a horizontal line.
Piston dia. 80 mm and rod dia. 40 mm
Pump: constant flow 150 lt/sec.
Proportional valve : ATOS DLHZO-TEB SN NP 040 L73
Feedforward control of velocity is a must.
PLC models: Siemens S7-1200 or Mitsubishi FX5U
