PLC SCADA Upgrade for Mill Cane Sampling
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This project involves upgrading our Mill Cane Sampling System in Guihing, Hagonoy, Davao del Sur using PLC SCADA programming/engineering. The goal is to improve system efficiency and enable flexible sampling from either Mill #1 or Mill #2 before the CY2025 milling season.
Scope of Work:
- SCADA Templates: Damper, Side Cane Carrier Conveyor, Mill #2 bypass
- PLC SCADA Reprogramming (addressing recent issues)
- HMI Reprogramming
- Mill #2 Sampling Recommissioning
- Plantwide SCADA Integration
- Testing & Calibration
