Oven PLC Control

PLC and HMI program to control oven heating cycle. The Velocio PLC and HMI uses standard ladder logic or flow chart logic. The software is available free of charge online (https://velocio.net/vBuilder.exe) and (https://velocio.net/HMITool7.exe). Attached is a flow chart of the oven cycle. Key information is displayed on the HMI which also provides an input for key variables. The HMI will also have up to 5 standard programs (to enable the end user to select the desired heating cycle based on temperature and time) as well as a user adjustability for custom cycles. There will also be an analog output from PLC to provide oven temperature set point to the burner control. The PLC has 24 inputs and 24 outputs.
