Mitsubishi PLC Programmer

I am looking for a PLC Programmer in Maine that is familiar with Melsec Q Series interfacing with Wago profibus field controller and Mitsubishi HMI.
The goal would be to find new HMI as those one have become difficult to read and use over the years and of course re-inject the program in the new HMIs. Also it would be good to upgrade the install in order to facilitate the upkeep of this installation.
