Migrating Honeywell C200 EPKS from old system in W2K -- 2

I need support to upgrade a small system running a C200 PLC on a Honeywell EPKS. It is a server, a C200 PLC with about 400 I/O and two Scada clients. It is very old and runs on Windows 2000. We would need to upgrade to something a little more modern. It doesn't need to be the latest. As long as it runs on Windows 7 it would be enough. It has to be able to serve OPC data.
