Interpret Scheider Modbus Manual

Schneider's Modbus manuals use a language that is confusing and entirely different than anything anywhere else related to Modbus and trying to find out what Schneider is referring to or talking about is impossible. Even calling their tech support leaves it unanswered as they can't even decipher their own language.
