Fix Visu+ OPC Communication
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My Visu+ SCADA station should be exchanging data with a PHOENIX CONTACT PLC through our existing OPC setup, yet right now nothing is getting through. Physical and Ethernet links test out fine and I’ve double-checked the Visu+ OPC server configuration, so the fault is hiding somewhere deeper—driver parameters, tag mapping, licensing, firewall rules, or something else I’m overlooking.
What I need is targeted troubleshooting that ends with live, stable reads / writes between the two systems. Please plan to:
• Trace and isolate the root cause of the “no communication” state (OPC UA/DA handshake, DCOM, port, driver, or PLC side).
• Restore reliable data exchange and show it on my Visu+ screens.
• Provide a short hand-over note summarising what you changed so I can replicate it on the next workstation.
Remote access over VPN is available, and I can reboot hardware or load test projects on request. If you work with Visu+, OPC, or PHOENIX CONTACT gear regularly, this should be straightforward; I just need a fresh set of expert eyes to get us talking again.
