Develop a Siemens PLC Program

We need a Siemens S7-1200 Program written for a small test chamber used to inject a powder into an air stream that flows through a 1 cubic meter environmental test chamber and then comes to a stop of air flow and allow the injected power to settle on small test sensors hanging in the main chamber. I would want a few safety checks and then a spin up of the fan and then after some timing, stop the fan and display the cycle on a Siemens winCC panel on the programmer laptop not on a separate panel like a 4.3" AV21232DB030AX0. We will use the laptop. There are I/O list of 4 RTDs, two RH sensors, door closed switch, door lock switch. selector switch hand auto, pressure sensor, Alarm conditions; red, yellow and green, Horn, discrete output for fan drive contactor relay, future AO for VFD of input fan, injection solenoid for powder injection, future air flow measurement, output for green light, red light and yellow light condition. You must be familiar and comfortable with Siemens TIA portal version 18 used to develop the program! This is not a "learn as you" go project. See the attached photo of my actual build. I have the start of the file with the hardware configuration for the PLC.
