Retro 8-bit Character Pixel Poster

I have a single reference image of a character that I’d like turned into a 256 × 384 px pixel-art poster. The look must stay firmly in the retro 8-bit style—think limited colours, chunky pixels, and that classic arcade charm. No animation is required; this is a one-frame illustration meant to hang as a static poster.

You can use Resprite (or Aseprite if that’s your workflow) as long as the finished piece exports cleanly at the exact resolution. When we’re done, I’ll need:

• A lossless PNG at 256 × 384 px
• The editable Resprite/Aseprite source file so I can tweak layers or palette later if needed

I’ll supply the reference image as soon as we start. Faithful proportions and recognisable details are important, but feel free to simplify where necessary to stay within authentic 8-bit limitations.
