Isometric Character Pixel Sprite Design

I require a pixel character with a basic animation. I have a reference which is exactly the style/color bit I want, and I believe it may be isometric.

Requirements:
- Develop an isometric character sprite in requested style
- Character is made from a reference image
- Basic idle type animation (likely 4-6 frame)

Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in character sprite design
- Really gets the style right.
