Critical reflection on Korean recipes cookbook inspired by Korean drama

The aim is to make a cookbook containing 20 recipes taken from selected korean drama. The book not only features the recipes but also how those dishes ate related to a particular episode in the drama. The main objective of creating such a book is show that increase in demand for Korean food and Korean culture in general in UK, has paved a way for the publishing industry to publish more such cookbooks in the market.
