I have roughly fifteen content-rich slides that need transforming into two polished decks:
1. An investor-ready pitch for our AI meeting assistant
2. A compact product portfolio that supports the pitch
The goal is crystal-clear—secure investment. I already have the facts, metrics, and visuals; what’s missing is a tight narrative flow and design polish that instantly communicates value. I’m looking for someone who has demonstrably closed funding rounds with AI startups before, ideally in the meeting-assistant space, and knows how to keep slides concise yet persuasive.
Here’s what success looks like:
• Redesigned decks delivered in PowerPoint or Google Slides, no more than the current slide count unless extra clarity demands a split.
• Deck #1: A streamlined investor story—problem, solution, traction, market, business model, roadmap, financial ask—each slide distilled to its essence.
• Deck #2: A complementary product portfolio showcasing feature set, architecture, and real-world use cases, ready to share post-meeting.
• Visual coherence across both decks: consistent typography, color palette, iconography, and data visualization.
• Final files fully editable, with all fonts and assets included.
