Develop an Investment Teaser (Pitch Deck) for a Mortgage financing business

We are working on a real estate tokenization project seeking to offer affordable mortgages to our customers. The goal is to raise the initial capital(Working capital) to offer the mortgages and raise additional capital to finance business operations.

We are looking for an elaborate investment teaser that would interest any investor to want to make further enquiries on the business. Should include financials to demonstrate ROI to the investor and Asset growth.
