I need a refrigeration engineer.

Research and development project using a condensor/compressor, Electronic expansion valve, evaporator, variable speed fan, variable damper. I need a technician who can make up and braze pipework, fill with refrigerant and help me test. F-Gas or similar certification required.
Must have small workshop space available.
In the Alvor/Portimao region is ideal.
