Oil & Gas Piping Inspection

Job ID: 40542098

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I need an experienced quality-control specialist to perform independent inspection on an industrial oil and gas piping installation now entering its critical phases. Your task is to visit the site, examine materials, welds, supports and documentation, and confirm that everything meets the applicable oil-and-gas piping codes and our internal project specifications.

Key points you should cover while on site
• Verify material mill certificates, heat numbers and traceability.
• Carry out visual and dimensional checks on weld joints, fittings and supports.
• Witness pressure tests and review test packs where required.
• Compile a concise PDF report with photos, non-conformity notes and clear recommendations.

Acceptance criteria
1. All observations referenced to the relevant code clause (ASME B31.3 / API 570 or equivalent).
2. Report delivered within 48 hours of inspection completion.
3. Any critical non-conformities highlighted in a separate executive summary.

Let me know the certifications you hold (e.g., CWI, CSWIP, API), the inspection tools you can supply, and your earliest availability so we can lock in a date.
