Friendly Pipedrive Email VA Needed

I’m after a dependable virtual assistant who can keep our boat-charter inbox humming. Your first priority will be answering customer emails inside Pipedrive CRM in a warm, friendly tone that matches the laid-back New Zealand vibe of dailyboats.co.nz.

Once the day’s questions are covered, I’ll have you:
• send the occasional outbound sales emails and perform follow-up through Pipedrive
• slot enquiries and charters into our internal booking system
• Follow up on our training staff and process things after training complete
• create new client records in our enterprise platform and confirm payments or subscriptions in Stripe
• chase up teammates on any open tasks so nothing slips through the cracks
• daily followups to check that our staff have completed internal maintenance tasks

The routine should settle at roughly one hour a day after we finish the initial hand-over. Solid written English is essential, and prior Pipedrive CRM experience will put you at the front of the queue—otherwise you’ll need to come up to speed on your own time with the many YouTube tutorials out there. Familiarity with boat chartering is a very welcome bonus.
