Fix Domain & Email Sync

My company’s domain lives on GoDaddy and our mail runs through Google Workspace. Right now messages sometimes fail to send or land in spam, and the inboxes refuse to stay in sync with Pipedrive and HubSpot. Apollo.io is on our radar too, so if it can be connected during the same session that would be ideal.

Here’s what has to happen:

• Correct DNS records on GoDaddy (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so the domain fully authorizes outgoing email and delivery is reliable.
• Restore consistent send/receive behaviour inside Google Workspace.
• Re-establish two-way email sync with Pipedrive and HubSpot; confirm that logged emails appear where they should.
• Attempt an Apollo.io tie-in—at minimum authenticate the mailbox and test one campaign send.

Acceptance is simple: a test email should reach Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo inboxes without warnings; Pipedrive and HubSpot must log that same email automatically; Apollo.io (if connected) should fire a test sequence without errors. I’m ready to grant GoDaddy, Google Admin, and CRM access immediately so we can move fast.
