A 40th birthday speech for my sister who is 4 years older than me

I am a 36 year old black man, I live in England and my sister is 4 years older than me and lives in South Africa. She turned 40 this year in March and is hosting a 40th birthday party in September which I will be attending and giving a speech. We grew up together with a lot of struggle and made it through. I want a speech with words to let her know what a courageous and great person she is also with a few jokes in it.
