Social Media Setup

I’m working on a project (Wordpress website) and in 4 weeks I need freelancers help. My Hungarian clients need a business account setups for Social Media for Google reviews, fb, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube. The freelancer needs to select all proper settings for clients preferences and train my client on how to use each platform and post a few posts in each platform. I only create the images to align with the brand. Please give me several options including cost, policy, timeline etc. English skills of clients are limited, the project needs to be done in Hungarian. Thank you so much.
