Facebook/Webpage Business Bio

I am wanting to have a Bio done to put on my new business Facebook page and also to add to my Webpage with a few tweeks. The bio is to draw attention to my page which will then encourage people to enquire about my business. I would like the Bio to have a little humour and feel friendly, and not too formal, but also professional.
My business is in the Professional Development Industry delivering high-quality award-winning training and development programs. I am also seeking professionals who want a change of career or an opportunity to run a business of their own or alongside what they are doing currently.
The Bio is to include my story, why I started this business and my background.
