I'm looking for an experienced Pine Script programmer who is able to design and implement an advanced script for the ,,Pocket Option" trading platform. The main goal of the script is to generate precise buy and sell signals based on defined algorithms and current market conditions. Upon receiving a signal, I have the ability to set the duration of the operation, for example, to two minutes. Please advise on what duration is optimal for this strategy to maximize chances of success. In binary options trading, it's important that even a small price change can bring profit; there's no need to establish long-term positions. It's crucial that the price after opening the position does not fall below the buy or sell level.

NOTE: The signal must be stable; no sudden changes from buy to sell or disappearing.
