I need a Pinescript programmer for Trading View

I want to create an indicator that plots the 50 day SMA / 50 week SMA (between 0 - 1) as a cross for each value. If the value is <0.4 the cross should turn dark green, if the value is <0.3 the cross should turn a brighter green and plot a cross the same colour on the chart. If the value is >0.7 the cross should turn pink, if the value is >0.8 the cross should turn red and plot a cross the same colour on the chart.
