change a color

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me change the color of a specific element in my project.
Color Change Details:
- I would like to change the color of some chart variables. In the file attached you will see blue numbers. I want to change those so it's readable on my chart to white or black.
- I am open to suggestions if you have any other ideas for the color change.
You can inspect this yourself by applying the "Strat Assistant" indicator from tradingview and converting it to pine script 5. There you will see the colour information is lost in the conversion but I want it working in pinescript v5
