Watchlist Scanner for Tradingview -- 2

Hi there,
I'm looking for Pine Script developer to develop Watchlist scanner with following functions :
- Ability to set the timeframe for the scanner, 5m, 3m, 2m and 1m.
- Scan my watchlist to check a simple specific criteria (details will be discussed later).
- If condition satisfies trigger an alert.
- The alert should be triggered through SMS/Email/Push notification.
