Trandingview - Redraw H4 candles with new opening times

I need a pine script (Tradingview) that redraws H4 candles. I want the opening of every H4 candle to be shifted by a variable "x" in steps of 30min (both directions), i.e. for every H4 candle the OHLC has to be recalculated based on the used/relevant 30min candles for the respective H4 interval. If coloring is not done automatically, i also need to color bullish and bearish.
In addition, i have a very simple script based on OHLC of standard H4 candles. I need this script to work on the "new" H4 candles, so it has to be modified.
