Tradingview watchlist Scanner

i need a simple scanner, whenever price is touching my horizontal line / trendline (drawn manually or through indicator, whichever possible). i should be alerted. exactly the same way where tradingview offers only one alert. but i need more alerts even when that chart is not open. (basically screener)
i am looking for all manual drawn lines / specific indicator drawn lines, like i am drawing a line (horizontal, trendline, rectangle etc) right click, add alert.. when price touches the line, alert me. incase of indicator specific, i wont have to add alerts it should automatically alert me.
