Tradingview crypto/stock scanner by average candle range/price %

Hi, i want the ability to scan for stocks with a relatively high average candle range (ACR) relative to its price, e.g i want to be able to enter a value such as 0.5% and scan for assets who's ACR is equal or above 0.5% of its price.
